Murmurs. Hong Kong and New York: 2011–12

In the fishing borough of Kennedy Town, Hong Kong, the cultural divisions and the subtle boundaries between public and private spaces become far more visible under the neon illumination of the early evening. This is a body of work which attempts to capture examples of compartmentalised structures and partitioned arrangements in the urban landscape. They are presented here with a comparitive study of similar locations in Brooklyn, New York.
